As summer approaches, the days get longer and the time for staying out late gets nearer. If your plans bring you to Disney Springs this summer than there is plenty of after-hours fun for you to enjoy.
The shops and eateries st Disney Springs have been multiplying and a lot of those places are staying open extra late so you can get in on the fun and action. And remember you always get free parking and there are no cover charges. So let’s crack open the Disney Springs vault and take a look at what’s new and hot.
One of the newest and most popular additions to this entertainment mecca is The Edison. Boasting an “industrial gothic” theme The Edison is known not only for it’s food but also for it’s hand-crafted cocktails and live music.
If you’re feeling like a place with a little Asian flair then the Forbidden Lounge at Morimoto Asia is your stop. Here you can get a bite from the late-night menu or try a sake sangria. Hey, you’re on vacation why not try both.
If a wee bit of the Irish is what you seek then Raglan Road is the place for you. Belly up and order a pint of your favorite Irish libation. But remember you’ll be expected to sing along with the gang.
Other venues welcoming late-night explorers include Enzo’s Hideaway, Paradiso 37, The BOATHOUSE, STK Orlando, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and Vivoli Il Gelato.
For those of you who like to plan ahead the Wine Bar George will open later this spring with a wine list boasting more than 135 wines. Built in the style of a winemaker’s estate Wine Bar George will also offer small plates, cheese and charcuterie, and sharable entrees.
Also opening this spring is Terralina Crafted Italian. The new dining experience, curated by celebrity and James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano, will transport guests to the splendor of the Italian countryside with cuisine combining authentic Italian flavors and an unparalleled ambiance.
Disney Springs is open every day of the year from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, with select restaurants, lounges and entertainment locations open late-night hours until 2:00 a.m. on select nights.
So there you have it… after a long day at the parks why not wind down with a nice drink and your friends.
